you're part of Homecall+ this is the standard of service and cover
you can enjoy:
HomeCall+:
• £500 claim limit-includes VAT, callout labour, parts
& material
• Unlimited number of claims
• 14 day waiting period at the start of the policy
• £100 towards hotel accommodation & transport to
the hotel
• Emergency Hotline: 24hrs x 365 days
• No excess to pay
• In an emergency we aim to have an HomeCall+ approved tradesman
at your home within 2 hours (or next day for gas heating breakdowns)
or we can fit in with a time that suits you
• No claims forms to complete.
Examples
of Emergencies covered:
• Internal Plumbing emergencies
• External Plumbing emergencies
• Breakdown of the boiler or heating system during the winter
months
• Failure of electricity, gas & water within the property
• Electrical Wiring emergencies
• Failure of hot water system
• Loss of all keys needed to get into your Home
• Broken or damaged window or door that creates a security
risk
• Vermin within the property
