Affiliate
Agreement
- This
agreement is made between HomeCall+ and our Affiliate.
- It
is to protect us, our customers, and you.
Please
read this carefully:
By
creating a HomeCall+ Affiliate Account and publishing the special
Coded URL supplied to you, you agree to the terms specified in this
agreement. Violation of any restrictions included here may result
in cancellation of your account, and possible forfeit of Affiliate
revenue. You agree that our total liability to you will not in any
circumstances exceed the accumulated amount of commission that you
have earned on our system, to the maximum extent possible that any
or all such liability can be disclaimed under law.
Acceptable
Advertising Methods
As
a HomeCall+ Affiliate, you earn revenue by generating sales of a
home emergency policy. You generate these by encouraging Internet
users to visit one or more URLs on the HomeCall+ site. You may advertise
our products via ethical methods including:
- HomeCall+
Graphical Banners and Buttons on your site(s)
- Text
Links, reviews, or endorsements on your site(s)
- Descriptions
and Links placed in "opt-in" mailing lists, newsletters
and
other publication media.
Blatant
copying of other Affiliate's unique website adverts is not allowed.
If the advert is on our Banners & Ads page, you can use it or
modify it any way you please.
About
Spamming (posting millions of adverts, bulk email etc).
You
cannot broadcast unsolicited our own product name, company name,
URL and coded links. We supply you with a linking URL to our Website.
You must not send mass unsolicited broadcasts containing that URL.
If a URL link code to this web-site is mass broadcasted unsolicited
we investigate it and we may suspend the account and not pay it.
We do appreciate that some Affiliates have been the victims of very
bizarre hoaxes involving their link codes and should this happen
to you please email us and tell us. (Particularly email "spams"
claiming to report failed orders on our billing systems etc.) We
also ban "redirection" spamming which is the process of
using forwarding services to feed spam traffic. Accounts spammed
risk termination without pay.
As
an Affiliate, we place certain restrictions on how you can use our
URLs, Company and product names. These restrictions are fairly typical,
and are to protect our Company and brand name(s) against abuse.
Spamming is not permitted. You must not advertise any URL address
to this HomeCall+ Web site, through any Internet domain name we
operate, or use the Homecall+ name, or use the name of a product
on the HomeCall+ web site: within any email sent unsolicited to
users or in unsolicited postings to News Groups or Mailing Lists
who have not subscribed to you directly to receive your messages.
This restriction does not apply to subscription mailing lists, or
lists of your own customers who have subscribed to you. Mailing
your existing customers or "opt-in" lists with promotional
offers is acceptable and encouraged. This restriction does not apply
to your own promotions of your own web-site. We place no restrictions
on how you promote your own Web site, as that is your business,
and it is practically out of our control - we cannot restrict your
ability to send messages promoting your own business or your own
web-site. It is our Company name, product name(s) and any or all
of our Web Site URL's which cannot be advertised in unsolicited
messages by Affiliates. Nor in connection with any activity which
violates the laws of your Country, or promotes racism, child abuse,
extreme hate material, stolen or forged computer software or licenses,
or promotes tools or services to assist such activity. If you have
any questions about whether a method of advertising is allowed,
please e-mail to ask us.
Getting
Paid
Affiliates
will be transferred money within 20 days after the close of a time
period. We'll transfer money the 25-th for the period from 1-st
to 31-th (30-th) day of each calendar month. If an Affiliate account
balance is less than £10 at the close of the period, balance
will be held until
30 days after the close of a following period where balance is £10
or
more. This policy is to control administration costs and is typical
of
Internet Affiliate programs in general.
Personal
purchases:
Affiliates will be credited commissions for products they purchase
personally. There has never been a better time to buy! We encourage
you to purchase your own copy of our home emergency policy it’s
a great bargain and gives you credibility as an Affiliate as you
can honestly inform your customers "I have bought this myself
and recommend it."
Commission
Rates:
We have the right to change commission rates without notice, but
you will always be paid based on the commission rate in effect on
the day the sale was affected. There are currently no plans to change
the commission rates. We intend to create a long-term mutually beneficial
Association with you.
Referral
Commissions:
If you have been introduced to this program by
another Affiliate, it is a strict condition that you do not attempt
to
circumvent our referral commission system. The person who referred
you is entitled to earn a commission from us, for their time and
trouble in introducing you. You are only allowed one account (which
you already have at this point in time) and you are not permitted
to change
Affiliate Code numbers or sign-up beneath yourself. You are monitored
by our staff and also you are monitored by the Affiliate who referred
you.
If you violate this term we will terminate the agreement and not
pay
you. Please respect the hard work that other Affiliates have done
in
introducing you to the program. If you want to earn more, simply
go out and sign-up more Affiliates, and these terms will then protect
your income too!
Refunds:
Some orders have to be refunded due to fraud or other reasons. Commissions
relating to these refunds are deducted from your account.
Fraud
protection: If an Affiliate generates what we consider to be
suspicious buying patterns, we reserve our right to withhold commission
payment relating to suspicious orders until we are satisfied that
the sales are genuine. If this happens the Affiliate will be notified.
HomeCall+
Responsibilities
HomeCall+
will be responsible for tracking sales of software products
along with the Affiliate generating those sales. We will also be
responsible for transfer of payment from HomeCall+ to the Affiliate.
We
will supply and support our Product to the customer thereafter.
Affiliate
Responsibilities
- Your
role as an Affiliate is to help generate sales of our product.
- After
a customer clicks a link from you to our site, your responsibility
to that customer ENDS.

We insist that you DO NOT attempt to answer technical enquiries
about
our products or attempt to intervene in matters between ourselves
and
our customers.
- If
a customer approaches you with any query about our products, you
MUST direct them politely to our Technical Support and leave the
matter to us.
Please
do not feel obliged to support our product or answer technical queries
- that is our job. We are accustomed to a few bogus complaints from
disgruntled competitors, etc. If any customer contacts you with
any query or comment regarding our product please direct them immediately
to our Technical Support who will assist them. This costs you nothing
and helps both you and us, and helps our customers to obtain accurate
and official Technical Support if required.
Changes
in Terms
we
reserve the right to change terms without prior notice. If you generate
no sales in six consecutive months we may assume your account is
disused and terminate it with any balance void and cancelled. We
may at our discretion, at any time, with all valid commissions due
being paid to you in full, close your account.
Violation
of Terms
If
you violate these rules we may cancel your Affiliate account, your
balance may become void and forfeited, and you may not be paid at
all.
Dispute
Terms
you
agree that in the event of dispute occurring over this agreement,
our decision will be the final one and binding in all matters.
